What is POCI?

 The Police Officer Competency Index (POCI) is a developmental leadership readiness diagnostic used in law enforcement. It measures leadership tendencies across four domains: strategy, interpersonal engagement, ethics, and professional proficiency to support coaching, development, and succession planning.
